Vitaly and his team were knowledgeable, professional, timely and personable. They worked hard and creatively to solve our drainage issues and took great care. Outside, after the work was complete, it was almost impossible to tell they had been there. I would highly recommend them.

With their team of certified plumbers the sump pump replacement qualified for the Toronto City rebate for such work, which we received in a timely manner. We had already used Master Drain & Water Works on a previous tricky job for a basement toilet. (We appreciated the care to keep our bathroom tiles intact and conscientiousness of Walter's work.) So when it came time to replace on old style sump pump, we were happy to call on Vitaliy and his team again. Not only did Walter and his helper come first thing next day, they completed the work same day. This is even though we additionally asked for a battery sump pump backup to be installed. They took great care to minimize the impact of the work and perform a complete clean up once finished. Thank you Vitaliy and Walter!

We called Vitaliy on short notice when 3 other Drain Companies did not respond. Vitaliy came to assess the French Drain we needed installed within 3 days, and said our installation date would be 2 weeks later. We were incredulous at the super fast response. 2 Drain Specialists were here to do the work within 2 weeks, and completed the Drain within 2 days. They explained in detail the procedure and what we could expect from the French Drain. They left the area completely cleaned up and the dirt cover was level; our yard was back to normal use again. An EXCELLENT job was done and we could not have asked for better or faster service. Thank you Vitaliy!

Master Drain is a great company. They assessed the situation very well and did the job quickly and professionally; they were efficient and the job was done very clean. I would always go back to them for any future work.

They did exactly what they said they would do (replacing the master water pipe coming into the house with a larger pipe) in the timeframe they said they would do it, for the price that they quoted. And they quoted much better than another highly rater plumber that wanted to do the job, but do with less work/digging a proper trench right to the water meter closet). Would highly recommend.

We had Vitaliy and Walter replace our sewage pump which had broken. It was a tricky job, as the pump was not easily accessible - it was behind drywall. They came to check out the situation the same day we called and fixed it the next day. We were particularly pleased with the fact that Walter did his best to put the drywall back in place after replacing the sump pump.

Vitaliy was quick to respond, able to come when we were available (and on time as promised), was efficient, nice, took the time to help prevent the problem in the future and did the work exactly as promised for the agreed upon price. Plumber came quickly and was very professional. He resolved the issue in no time and cleaned up the area. I would call them again anytime we have an issue.

Had a leaking valve in the laundry room. Walter came and replace within a few hours! Quick, well done, and reasonably priced. Highly recommended from small jobs to the big ones like installing a back water valve.

My toilet was backing up into my shower I called my regular plumber who was unavailable and referred me to Master Drain and Water Works- Vitaliy. After explaining my situation, he arranged for one of his technicians to meet me at my house after work. The technician was fast and thorough and showed me the images through his camera to explain what needed to be done. I am so impressed and will definitely call again when I need work to be done.
