Needed a new furnace (after 35 years!), they installed it. Good work, cleaned up everything, works fine. Had to change our range copper pipe right into range (?!) to flex, they did it too. Fast service, good work, good price. Only four stars? Gas company did inspection after replacing gas meter and found a little leak in the black pipe connection at the furnace, their tech graciously tightened it, passed leak test.

Successfully installed necessary valves, gauges, etc. to determine where air locks could be purged from our under-floor heating system. They have an efficient booking system and the serviceman was very personable. I'd recommend them highly.

Recently, I had a heat pump and a new furnace installed. Right from the start, I had a feeling of confidence with this company. I decided to proceed with this company due to amazing reviews, Shawn and of course, the quote. Shawn was amazing to deal with. Very knowledgeable, professional courteous and efficient. He guided me through the process and educated me on the heat pump. It was a pleasure dealing with him. Ben and team showed up on time to do the intallation. They were very efficient, knowledgeable, courteous, and pleasant to deal with. They cleaned up after themselves and respected our home. I would highly recommend this company to deal with. I will do business with this company again.

We were looking for an HVAC system and I received many calls with quotes for this work. I was impressed with the service that I received from Shawn (Snr Project Manager). Shawn called me and explained everything in detail over the phone and by email. He was very knowledgeable and responsive. Shawn provided 2 options on his quotation, and we signed up for a Heat Pump which was installed within a week. The installers, Moe, and his assistant Haider, were polite, easy to deal with and did a good job. Would deal with City Home Comfort again if ever needed.
