The scheduling service was efficient, prompt and easy. The repair person (Jason V) was great - friendly and informative. He was assigned to come back when the part came in. I would use their service again. The cost was reasonable.

We depend on our washer at our personal training studio as we go through a lot of towels each day. I contacted Waterloo Appliance Service on a Saturday, left a message and was thrilled that they fit us in on the following Monday. Our service technician was friendly, prompt and thorough. We have depended on Waterloo Appliance Services in the past for similar issues, and they always deliver fabulous service in a timely and fair manner. I highly recommend their services!

Jason V. is professional, prompt and clearly knows what he is doing. He fixed our Bosch dishwasher very quickly and took care to keep our hardwood floors scratch free. Happy to recommend Jason for appliance repairs.

Jason V. Was great at helping with the repair of the circuit board on our 10 year old mounted GE microwave. He saved us from having to buy a new one, which would have cost a lot more than the repair He was on time for both service calls and did the reinstallation quickly and efficiently.

I called Cornerstone for my insurance and they sent Waterloo Appliance. Jason Came and found my problem very fast and ordered the parts immediately, he came back to install them in a couple of days Very courteous and knowledgeable about the washer, Very Professional. Jason Cove showed up on time, figured out what the problem was, solved the problem,cleaned up after his work, very pleasant and polite ,my problem was solved in less than 30 minutes,I feel that I got good value for my money.

Compressor failed on a high end fridge after 10 years of faithful services. Three weeks later i'm told thatT/A forgot to put the order in for a new compressor... no apologies... So i called waterloo appliance and got the part in 24hrs ( even though compressor no longer made). 48 hrs later the part was replaced by a very courteous, professional and meticulous repair man ( ask for Joe). Impressive. I Highly recommend them. For me its great service. 5stars. Richard
