Tenants are complaining that the freezer door is not able to close fully, so they cannot use the freezer. It looks like the door itself is not going all the way in. They confirmed there's nothing blocking / jamming the inside of the freezer, and now it is frosting over. I'm not sure if it is a door problem, or a rubber seal problem (or both)
