Hi there. We're looking to have some drywall installed in our basement. It's a space approximately 11x17 ft. We've already booked an electrician install outlets at the end of the month, prior to this starting this work. We're looking to install drywall around the perimeter, adding in insulation and fixing the vapour barrier where needed. I would also like to have an enclosure built for the furnace and hot water tank, ideally with a sliding door to close it off but also keep it accessible. We would also need to work out a way to cover the electrical panel, perhaps a cupboard of some kind? There is also a small window to work around. I'd like to extend the drywall into the storage space that goes under the stairs, up to a logical point. There will likely also need to be some fixes done on the left side of the stair case, but I think the right side should be fine with a little filler. I've included photos so you can get an idea of the space. It would be great if the quote could be broken into sections, in case we decide not to do the whole project at once: the walls, the furnace/ hwt enclosure, and the cabinet/ solution for covering the breaker box. Notes: This space will be my art studio. I would like to install a utility sink to the left of the hot water tank as well, but that is not a job for right now. The floor is concrete and the ceiling is open- we don't plan to finish either of those. The stairs will be painted, but otherwise left as is. I plan to paint the space myself, after the drywall is finished. We do not have any materials or supplies for this project yet, so that will need to be included in the quote.

Replace/repair drywall

Basement drywall/framing repair after plumbing work Looking for a handyman to close up an exposed plumbing installation in a basement. Scope of work: - Build a small framed drywall chase (box-out) around plumbing. - Approximate size: 2 m long × 60 cm high × 10 cm deep. - Cut back existing vinyl flooring as needed so the new framing can be anchored to the concrete slab. - Install drywall on the new chase. - Cut openings in drywall for plumbing and vent penetrations. - Tape, mud, sand, and finish drywall ready for paint. - No painting required. Plumbing work is complete and the wall is currently open. Please provide an estimate and availability.

A roof leak caused some water damage to the ceiling (about 3 feet long and 1 across). Drywall looks soft and likely will need to be replaced

Looking to have ceiling mudded and smoothed out. Stucco was recently removed, wanting to finish it off smooth.
