Stop leakage: Damaged pipes

Dripping valve. I tried tightening the blue handle as well as the screw on the blue handle, but neither worked and the drip is continuing. I believe it’s 40+ years old and needs to be replaced.

Install or replace water supply and drainage: Repair leakage; Showe...

Water is continuously leaking from the tub faucet from yesterday onwards. Yesterday there was a little leak. But since early morning today, the leak has increased. Requesting for a plumber today at the earliest.

Install or repair faucets: Repair faucets; 1 faucet

I’ve already picked up the replacement parts from Moen, The handle and cartridge needs to be replaced.

Install or repair water heaters: Replacement; Storage tank

We would like the help of a water heater installer to quote us options for replacing our existing water heater with a new model. We currently have a 150 L / 40 USgal tank natural gas water heater rental with Reliance. The tank is 15 years old and is producing sediment, which caught in a hot water valve causing some pipe damage, so it is due for replacement. Reliance has offered to replace the tank, but we are also interested in investigating several options to replace the tank with one we own. The current tank heat input (38000 BTU/hr natural gas) and capacity (40 USgal) is working OK for our needs: kitchen, laundry room, 2 bathrooms with showers. The tank is sitting in our furnace room in the basement. In addition to a straight replacement, we are also interested in a model that costs more up front but saves money in the long run. (Ex: a very efficient model, a heat pump-driven or tankless water heater).

Install or repair faucets: Install faucets; 1 faucet

Hi, I am hoping to have a plumber take out my old kitchen faucet and replace with the new kitchen faucet that I have purchased (see attached picture of new faucet).
