I recently replaced my gutters but the fascia board is exposed. I was told this is due to the original design of the house. You must have experience with steel, not shingles. I need my garage steel roof finished. 40% of the steel roof is complete. I have all the strapping. I have the steel. However, I need the peaks. The current 40% took less than 2.5 hours, so this is likely less than a days work. My contractor has a medical condition now, he's unable to finish the work. He has 30+ years experience. I'm looking at completing this one day during the last week of October/ first week of November. The steel is from a company in Innisfil. Again, please have experience with steel, not shingles. You will need to cut a few panels. Also, the "l" channel or "c" channel aluminum will need to be created for the ends, 1 of 4 areas has been completed.

Attic insulation: Less than 50 sq ft

I took multiple photos.... but there are only 2 skylights. They are MOSTLY insulated already, but at least one of the walls insulation FELL-OFF and needs to be RE-SECURED. and my buddy showed me IR photo last winter that shows heat loss at the very top, so maybe something to seal it from inside? I don't think should take very long, but I'm not confident in doing myself.
