Waterproof insulation: Garage insulation; 150 - 500 sq ft
I am seeking quotations from licensed and insured contractors to complete the insulation and finishing of my attached double-car garage.
The garage is approximately 19 ft × 22 ft (418 sq. ft.) with a vaulted ceiling.
Important Existing Conditions:
- The garage ceiling is partially covered with drywall.
- All exterior walls are currently open (OSB sheathing exposed), except for the wall adjoining the house, which is already finished..
- Electrical wiring is accessible.
- The garage is attached to the house.
- The concrete floor is complete.
- No demolition is required.
Please quote only for the work described below.

Thermal insulation: Garage; Attic; 150 - 500 sq ft
This is the area above. Our garage currently only has Drywall. Looking to substantially reduce the heat in the garage during summer and maintain heat in the winter as we use part of it as a small gym.

Attic insulation: Less than 50 sq ft
Need to replace/repair torn small section of vapor barrier and insulation in attic as water damage can be seen below. Also wanting any further insight on if this is the full extent of the issue.

Attic insulation: 150 - 500 sq ft
I want this to be fixed with proper invoice

Waterproof insulation: Basement; 50 - 150 sq ft
Whenever it rains, water leaks into my basement from the area around the basement window (which is positioned slightly lower than the ground level). I suspect it might be an issue with the window seal, the window well, or the drainage.
