I'm looking for an experienced plumber to diagnose and repair a whole-house low water pressure issue. Water pressure is reduced at every faucet, shower, and outdoor hoses. There are two water pressure gauges in the basement (See attached for images). One reads 25 PSI, and the other is closer to 60 PSI. The city has been asked to verify that the issue is not on their side, but I haven't received a response yet (no word from them in 2 weeks). I've also confirmed that my neighbours do *not* have the same problem. Additionally, the third-floor shower squeals loudly when running, which may or may not be related. I'm looking for someone experienced with diagnosing pressure problems (PRV, main shutoff valve, service line restrictions, etc.), not just replacing fixtures.
