There is a leak coming from one of the lines (marked with black tape) on the picture. The leak might come from the head (tap) or close to it. Relatively new and changed in less than a year twice. It keeps getting loose soon after installation.

Photos include the back corners of the tub which need supports added to minimize flexing and then caulking around the tub. The fixtures on the walls of the showers shown need to be silicone sealed

All details are described in the image above. Note that we would like the current sump pump checked at the same time.

**Gas line relocation for range installation** Switching from a dual-fuel to an all-gas range and need the existing gas line relocated approximately 1 foot to meet the new appliance's specs. The current line comes up through the main floor. Per the manufacturer's spec, the gas line must be ¾" in size, positioned 5"–17" from the right side of the cabinet opening, and no more than 2" off the floor, with the shutoff valve mounted as low as possible. The line needs to come from below or the back wall, not from the side. Looking for a TSSA-licensed gas fitter or plumber to relocate the line, cap the old penetration, install/relocate the shutoff valve, and connect to the new range. Permit and inspection as required. I need a gas dryer connected at my house. The main is 1/2 inch I believe while the connection on the dryer is 3/8. A special fitting will be required it seems for the main line - 1/2” female to 1/2” male possibly? I have hoses here.
