Toxicity and mold removal or testing: Removal only

We have had insulation services go into the attic because of ice damming. They see that the attic was missing baffles thereby inhibiting air flow and noting the darkening of the plywood on the inside of the roof. The sq footage of the attic is around 1350-1400 sq ft. Would like to understand a) cost estimate to remove and b) estimate to mitigate return before we have the insulation/baffles attended to.

Remove asbestos

The basement room is divided into two. One side is dry wall, the other is plaster. Only the side with plaster needs to be removed. The lower part of the ceiling spans both parts of the basement. I think it's made of plaster, but I'm hoping to leave that in tact. I'd also like to remove the wooden frill on top of the window in the basement. I'd need advice on dealing with the ceiling in the bathroom and over the electrical panel too, which may contain asbestos.
