Possession date of our new home build was September 2025. We need a fence installed on one side only. Our neighbor installed a pressure treated wood fence on his side (picture attached), fortress style, 6ft fence. Sirocco at Pine Creek homeowner fencing information sheet guidelines must be followed (attached). City chain link fence runs at back of home, backing onto green space. We need a pressure treated wood fence running up from chain link fence to rear of the house - approx. 21 ft long + 4 ft across with a 4 ft gate, to rear of house. Kindly provide a quote or let me know if you come on site to take measurements. We are very flexible with meeting day and time. Thank you!
