We bought this house in May and the pool liner had a few holes in it so we wanted to replace the liner however there’s no stairs in the pool so we want to add stairs in the shallow end something like wedding cake stairs. We also need to update some of the equipment. The skimmer isn’t big enough. It’s more for a hot tub. The pool equipment isn’t adequate. It’s a sand filter and it’s not big enough to handle the size of the pool. The pump is old, we also want to add a saltwater chlorinator. The coping around the deck is plastic and all broken. They have a foot and a half to 2 feet of concrete around the pool which isn’t adequate we’d like to have 5 feet all the way around. We would also need to replace the safety cover.
