We are currently framing a single-story detached garage in Eglinton/Avenue Rd. Toronto area and would like to request a quote for the exterior finishing package. Attached is the approved floor plan and elevation drawing (Sheet A03) for your review.
Please provide itemized pricing with a separate line item / quote for the vinyl siding and the aluminum scope.
Quote 1: Exterior Vinyl Siding & PVC Trim Package
•Net Wall Coverage: Approximately 490 sq. ft. (accounting for window and door opening deductions).
•Vinyl Siding Profile: Kaycan Prova™ (Double 4.5" Dutchlap).
•Siding Colour: Linen.
•PVC Corner Trim: Supply and install 5" PVC corner trim boards on all 4 outside corners per drawing notes.
•PVC Window & Door Trim: Supply and install 4" PVC trim surrounds/casing around the 10' x 7' garage door, garden door, and side windows per drawing notes.
Quote 2: Separate Exterior Aluminum Scope
•Colour: Linen (to match siding/trim).
•Soffit: Supply and install 16" vented aluminum soffit panels along eave and gable overhangs.
•Fascia: Supply and install pre-bent 6” aluminum fascia trim around the full perimeter.
•Eavestroughs & Downspouts: Supply and install continuous 5" seamless aluminum eavestrough with downspouts discharging to grade away from the building
Quote 3 (Optional): Separate Asphalt Roofing Scope
• Roof Footprint: 16' x 22' gable roof (6:12 pitch) with 12" overhangs on all 4 sides. Total roof surface area is approximately 480 sq. ft. (~5 squares).
• Asphalt Shingles: Supply and install 30-year architectural/laminated shingles.
o Note: Shingle style and color shall closely match the existing asphalt shingles of the main house
• Roof Underlayment & Protection:
o Self-adhered Ice & Water Shield membrane along eaves (full 36" width)
o Synthetic underlayment across the remaining roof deck.
o Aluminum drip edge along all perimeter eaves and gables.
• Ridge Ventilation: Continuous ridge vent with matching cap shingles (~22 linear feet).
