1. Dispose of couch from basement 2. Move another couch from the main floor/ aka: 1st floor down to basement

Hole to be 1.25 inches so i can put a 3/4 inch pvc flex pipe through it to pull wire. The inside area where the hole will go is unfinished so no replastering etc needed. I also need to mount brackets to install 3/4 inch flex pipe along the wall, it would be 6 brackets each would have two screw holes(one per side). To install two screws for a pressure wash hose bracket to mount on same type of wall. And last to install (no electrical just physical mounting as we will get an electrican to do the actual box an electrical pannel box on wall.

● Complete non-structural interior demolition of the home down framing (1,110 sqft. above grade and 464 sqft. basement). ● Hazardous-material abatement and disposal in accordance with the Designated Substance Survey provided. ● Remove existing kitchen cabinets, countertops, appliances, bathroom fixtures, lighting fixtures and all other fixtures and items not identified for reuse. ● Remove plaster, lath, drywall, ceilings, trim, baseboards, interior doors and other interior finishes. ● Remove all interior wall insulation. Flooring removal should be carried out in steps; where the laminate/vinyl layers will be first removed to investigate existing hardwood underneath, if salvageable. ● Remove basement wall panels, ceiling finishes, flooring and water damaged materials. ● Remove all existing knob-and-tube wiring, abandoned wiring and electrical fixtures. ● Remove non-structural interior partition walls identified for removal. Only walls specified for removal with confirmation by the Owner. ● Rear mudroom addition (~35sqft) complete structural demolition, to be cut off from the house exterior wall. Completed last, after confirmation received by the Owner. ● Remove all protruding nails, screws, staples from framing and subfloors. ● Retain and protect the furnace, A/C, water heater, plumbing, ductwork and other mechanical systems unless specifically identified for removal. ● Ensure existing ducts / vents are sealed prior to commencing work. ● Retain and protect all structural framing, exterior walls, foundations, masonry, stairs, roof, windows and exterior doors. ● Provide dust control, temporary protection, site supervision, garbage bins and all required waste disposal. ● Remove all demolition debris from the property. Leave interior surfaces within the house and basement clean and thoroughly vacuumed, and leave exterior areas broom-clean. ● Report any rot, water damage, structural concerns or unexpected site-conditions before proceeding with work. ● Before commencing work, Owner or Contractor will arrange licensed trades to disconnect electrical, plumbing and gas utilities.
