I'm looking to use an off white super paint not pro mar 200. Chantilly Lace or Decorative White with an egg shell finish. Baseboards, trims and doors only need one coat of paint to freshen the look. Walls are in relatively good shape. A few nail holes to fill/sand. Would like a substance added to the paint to prevent mold for bathroom and kitchen Looking for the job to be done first or second week of April . There is no furniture in the unit other than the washer and dryer. I would like the painter to have proof of insurance.
