The siding is aluminum and is in various states of clean/prepped. It's a small house, we already have the paint purchased and ready to go. We are hoping for a quick turn-around. (Trim is already painted (if poorly) so it's just the siding.

Had a water leak and small part of a ceiling and wall paint has bubbled and needs sanding and repainting

23’ x 23’ garage needs primer & paint job Ceiling height: 11’ Ceiling + Walls will be white Casing around the windows(2 windows) and attic access and framing of the door to the house and the door itself will be grey There is also a staircase that needs to be primed and painted (also grey) 80% of sanding is done You need to take care of the rest of sanding (mostly corners) Caulking is done 90% of the floor is covered, you need to put a drop sheet or cover the rest with paper It’s really important to keep the floor clean Primer and paint will be provided A 10’ long scaffold is on site I attached the pictures I prefer to start the job today or tomorrow Thanks

There is some paint peeling on the ceiling due to a leak from the skylight. This has been fixed by the roofing company, and I would like the ceiling to be prepped and painted. Although there are no window casings to be painted, there is trim around the windows, as well as a French door leading to the side patio.

Looking for a feature wall in the living room to be painted navy blue, and a feature wall in the primary bedroom to be painted olive. Colors tbd in the kids rooms but also one feature wall each. UPDATE/SPECIAL NOTE: At time of painting, apartment will be empty, walls will have been "refreshed" by building management, and we will be moving in one week later.
