Clean roof or gutters: Gutters; Detached house

My basement has flooded. The sump pump is working good. I noticed a lot of water coming down at the backend of the eavestrough at the corner of the house. I suspect that the eavestrough needs cleaning because it causing a lot of water to come down in that corner hence it it causing the basement to flood. or maybe it's leaking from the chimney.
