Hello, Need help at 262 Nisbet Boulevard, Waterdown, with two tasks: 1. One of the downspouts at the side of the house has come off its anchor at the top near the roof. We have secured the anchor at the bottom but we do not have a ladder long enough to reach the section that is dislodged at the top. We have purchased the new anchor but cannot install it. The task to secure the section of the downspout at the top (near the roof) with the new anchor. 2. Also at one section of the roof we are seeing what appears to be either a foam insulation being exposed or potentially an insect nest (there is a large yellow/orange bulge). We would like to have it inspected and pictures taken to determine whether it is a roof fix or an insect nest removal. The task is to get a close-up picture of the issue to determine what it is.
